Where: 200m running track, Much Wenlock Leisure Centre

Why: to raise funds for the resurfacing of the track

Who is it for: adults and juniors, individual or teams
minimum age 9yrs for team entry and 13yrs for individual entry

Cost: £10 individuals, £30 per team

Timing: chip timing by Stuweb

A bit more detail...

The event runs from 10 - 4, but you can run as little or as long as you want
The challenge is to complete as many laps of the track as possible in the time
You can run by yourself, or in a team of up to 8 people

Prizes awarded for:

Youngest team completing largest number of laps
Senior men’s team completing largest number of laps
Senior women’s team completing largest number of laps
Senior mixed team completing largest amount of laps
Senior Individual completing largest amount of laps
Junior Individual completing largest amount of laps

Facilities:

Free all-day parking at Much Wenlock Leisure Centre
Toilets and changing inside the Leisure Centre
Hot and cold drinks and snacks to purchase, with all funds going towards the track
The track backs onto the Gaskell field which has space to warm up and a play area for your children to use.
