TRAINING INFORMATION

Training takes place on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings.  Summer training focusses on track and field events while winter training also incorporates indoor training in preparation for county and regional Sportshall competitions.  Endurance running prepares our athletes for longer-distance races including the Shropshire Cross Country league, regional and national events.

Saturday 09:00 – 10:30
Older athletes:

Saturday 10:00 –11:30

THURSDAY TRAINING

Thursday training is now taking place again on the track 6-6:45.  Keep an eye on the What'sApp group for weekly updates.

Saturday 09:00 – 10:00 followed by endurance running 10:00 – 10:30
